About Melissa
Melissa Raymond, founder and clinical director of Milestones Behavioral Services, has always had a passion for helping others. She was introduced to the field of ABA in 2004 and opened Milestones Behavioral Services in 2012. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from McNeese State University in 2006 and her Master of Arts in Behavior Analysis in 2009 from the University of Houston Clear Lake. Melissa became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2009 and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in 2014. Melissa is also a founder of Autism Scholar Inc. which is a non-profit organization with a mission to facilitate scholarly opportunities for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. She is also an active member in the Louisiana Behavior Analysis Association. Melissa's passion and commitment is passed down to her exceptional staff of BCBAs and Registered Line Technicians. Melissa’s mission is to help children reach their developmental milestones and to provide a fun and happy learning environment of all of those who are a part of the Milestones family.

About Nicole
Nicole was introduced to the field of ABA in 2016 and joined the Milestones family in 2018 as a registered line technician. After earning her Master’s degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Saint Joseph’s University in 2020, Nicole continued her journey at Milestones as a Licensed Behavior Analyst. Nicole has a special interest in working with early learners. She enjoys teaching foundational milestones including early communication skills, play skills, and social skill. Nicole also loves teaching new staff and parents all about ABA and how to apply it to their lives at home. In her free time, Nicole enjoys spending time with family and friends.

About Katlyn
Kat was introduced to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in June 2019 when she joined the Milestones' family as a registered line technician. She fell in love with the field of ABA and decided to pursue it as a career. Kat earned her Master’s in Education, Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Nicholls State University in 2021. Shortly after, she earned her credential of BCBA. In her free time, she enjoys spending time family, cooking large meals to share with friends, volunteering for Special Olympics and the DREAMS Foundation, as well as repurposing furniture.

All of our instructors are carefully chosen to ensure that your child receives nothing but the best. All instructors receive hands on training in addition to classroom training. They are registered with the Louisiana Behavior Analyst Board and have passed a national background check. All instructors have past experience working with children and possess a passion to teach and help our students learn!
