Highly trained ABA Licensed behavior analysts Milestones Staff MELISSA COCO RAYMOND MA, BCBA, LBA About Melissa Melissa Raymond, owner and director of Milestones Behavioral Services, has always had a passion for helping others. She was introduced to the field of ABA in 2004 and opened Milestones Behavioral Services in 2012. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from McNeese State University in 2006 and her Master of Arts in Behavior Analysis in 2009 from the University of Houston Clear Lake. Melissa became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2009 and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in 2014. Melissa is also a founder of Autism Scholar Inc. which is a non-profit organization with a mission to facilitate scholarly opportunities for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. She is also an active member in the Louisiana Behavior Analysis Association. Melissa's passion and commitment is passed down to her exceptional staff of BCBAs and Registered Line Technicians. Melissa’s mission is to help children reach their developmental milestones and to provide a fun and happy learning environment of all of those who are a part of the Milestones family. KAYLA WILBURN MS, BCBA, LBA About Kayla Kayla was introduced to the filed of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2010 and joined the Milestones team in 2013 as a line technician. She earned her Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice with an emphasis on ABA from St. Joseph’s University in 2016 and became a Licensed Behavior Analyst. Kayla has a special interest in working with school aged children in their natural learning environment. In her spare time, Kayla enjoys spending time with family and friends. MICHELLE STOKES MS, BCBA, LBA About Michelle Michelle joined the team at Milestones in 2013 and currently serves in the role of Licensed Behavior Analyst. She joined the team at Milestones as a line technician while earning her bachelor’s degree. In 2015 Michelle was promoted to a lead line technician and she began training new employees as they joined the team. Michelle earned her bachelor’s degree in 2016 in Psychology, and Social and Criminal Justice in from Ashford University. Michelle earned her Master’s degree from Capella University in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2017. She earned the credential of BCBA in 2017 and LBA in 2018. Michelle's primary focus is on level 3 early learners because she enjoys problem solving in order to begin the path to learning to include working on early communication skills, play skills, potty training, and home skills. Michelle enjoys working with early learners, training others in the field of ABA, and working closely with parents on the clients goals. Michelle has two children on the autism spectrum. When she saw the impact that early intervention can make she made the decision to pursue a career in ABA. JENNIFER LYNNE JOLLY MS, BCBA, LBA About Jennifer Jennifer joined the team at Milestones in 2017 and currently serves in the role of Licensed Behavior Analyst. Jennifer earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Texas A&M University in 2014. Jennifer specialized in developmental psychology and received a double minor in neuroscience and linguistics. She graduated summa cum laude. Jennifer earned her master’s degree in psychology from McNeese State University in 2017. She graduated summa cum laude. Jennifer earned the credential of BCBA in August 2017 and the LBA credential in November 2017. Jennifer is passionate about the field of ABA and her interests lie in early intensive behavioral interventions, EIBI. She is particularly interested in the development of early language skills. She enjoys spending time with her husband hiking, watching movies, and traveling. SHELBY SONNIER M.ED., BCBA, LBA About Shelby Shelby entered the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in July 2015 as a registered line technician at Milestones Behavioral Services. She earned her Master’s Degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in High Incidence Disabilities and Applied Behavior Analysis from Nicholls State University in 2019 and became a Licensed Behavior Analyst. Shelby has a special interest in working with school aged children in the school setting and teaching life skills to create more independence for her students. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, working out, painting, or doing home improvement projects. All instructors receive hands on training in addition to classroom training. They are registered with the Louisiana Behavior Analyst Board and have passed a national background check. All instructors have past experience working with children and possess a passion to teach and help our students learn!
