Meagan Oliver is a Licensed Behavior Analyst who began her career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2015. After exploring the field through an undergraduate internship and taking additional courses, she discovered it was a perfect fit for her. Since June 2023, Meagan has served as the Supervising Behavior Analyst at Milestones Behavioral, where she thrives on seeing the daily growth of her clients and technicians. Passionate about the science of learning, she finds fulfillment in being a key contributor to her clients' successes and progress.

Ciara Dougan is a State Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst who started her journey in the ABA field in June 2022 as a registered line technician, despite having no prior experience. Now a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst, she finds great fulfillment in working one-on-one with clients and witnessing their progress. Ciara also enjoys learning and growing alongside her amazing coworkers. Having worked with children throughout her life, she has a playful spirit and loves engaging with her clients, even though she humorously admits to not being the best at Legos!

Kelsie Wright is a Licensed Behavior Analyst who started working in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2017 during her undergraduate studies. She joined Milestones Behavioral in January 2021 as a line technician and later became a behavior analyst in 2023. Kelsie is passionate about building strong connections with families and supervisees, and she finds immense joy in seeing her clients gain independence and form relationships. Inspired by her younger brother, who has autism, Kelsie always knew she wanted to help children with autism, driven by the positive impact therapy had on her brother.

Rubi Irizarry Alvarado is a Licensed Behavior Analyst who began her career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) at Milestones Behavioral Services in 2021 as a Line Technician. Her experience working directly with clients sparked her passion for the field and inspired her to pursue a master’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis at McNeese State University. After completing her graduate degree, Rubi became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2024. She is excited to return to Milestones and continue her career as a Behavior Analyst.

Rubi enjoys building meaningful connections with each child and creating learning experiences that are engaging and purposeful while helping them develop new skills. As a bilingual English and Spanish speaker, she also values the opportunity to connect with and support families from diverse backgrounds. She is passionate about helping children reach their potential and celebrating the progress they make along the way.

Katlyn Hanks is a Licensed Behavior Analyst who began her career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2019 as a registered line technician. She joined Milestones Behavioral that same year and has since been committed to helping individuals with special needs reach their full potential. Katlyn is passionate about the structured, evidence-based approach ABA offers, and she finds immense fulfillment in seeing her clients' small successes build into major milestones. Her favorite part of the job is working closely with both her clients and team members, fostering strong relationships while collaborating to meet each client’s unique needs.

Ashley Lawrence is an apprentice who began working in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2024. From an early age, she knew she wanted to work with children with special needs. While on summer break from her school board job, Ashley applied to Milestones Behavioral Clinic and quickly realized that ABA was the right path for her. She officially started at Milestones in May 2024 and finds her favorite part of the job to be watching the students grow and learn. Her passion for working with children began in her early teens when she started babysitting.

Kaitlynn Romero started working at Milestones Behavioral in November 2020, marking her first experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Beginning as a Registered Line Technician, she now serves as the Site Coordinator and Administrator. With a lifelong love for children, Kaitlynn felt a special connection with those facing challenges during her time in daycare work and has since dedicated herself to supporting their growth. One of her favorite aspects of Milestones is seeing the children’s personalities emerge and develop. She is also grateful for the continuous support and encouragement from Melissa, which has helped her advance in her career.
