Melissa Coco Raymond, MA, BCBA, LBA. Melissa established Milestones Behavioral Services in 2012 and currently serves in the role of Director. Melissa entered the field of ABA in 2004. Throughout her experience she has held positions that provide services in the home, in the public school system, private school system, private clinics, university based programs, and held the position of behavior consultant. She earned her bachelor’s degree in 2006 from McNeese State University in sociology and her master’s degree in Behavior Analysis in 2009 from University of Houston Clear Lake. Melissa earned the credential of Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2009 and the credential of Licensed Behavior analyst in 2014 Melissa enjoys spending time out on the water with her husband and two young children.
Michelle joined the team at Milestones in 2013 and currently serves in the role of Licensed Behavior Analyst. She joined the team at Milestones as a line technician while earning her bachelor’s degree. In 2015 Michelle was promoted to a lead line technician and she began to training new employees as they joined the team. Michelle earned her bachelor’s degree in 2016 in Psychology, and Social and Criminal Justice in from Ashford University. Michelle earned her Master’s degree from Capella University in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2017. She earned the credential of BCBA in 2017 and LBA in 2018. Michelle's primary focus is on level 3 early learners because she enjoys problem solving in order to begin the path to learning to include working on early communication skills, play skills, potty training, and home skills. Michelle enjoys working with early learners, training others in the field of ABA, and working closely with parents on the clients goals. Michelle has two children on the autism spectrum. When she saw the impact that early intervention can make she made the decision to pursue a career in ABA.
Channing joined the Milestones team in 2017 and currently serves in the role of Licensed Behavior Analyst. Channing earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from University of Louisiana of Lafayette in 2014. She then earned her master’s degree in Behavior Analysis in 2017 from University of Houston Clear Lake. She also earned the BCBA and LBA credentials in 2017. Channing specializes in training caregivers and staff, assessing and implementing interventions for reducing problem behavior, and teaching learners daily routines and functional life skills. In her spare time Channing enjoys yoga, hiking, and traveling.
Jennifer joined the team at Milestones in 2017 and currently serves in the role of Licensed Behavior Analyst. Jennifer earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Texas A&M University in 2014. Jennifer specialized in developmental psychology and received a double minor in neuroscience and linguistics. She graduated summa cum laude. Jennifer earned her master’s degree in psychology from McNeese State University in 2017. She graduated summa cum laude. Jennifer earned the credential of BCBA in August 2017 and the LBA credential in November 2017. Jennifer is passionate about the field of ABA and her interests lie in early intensive behavioral interventions, EIBI. She is particularly interested in the development of early language skills. She enjoys spending time with her husband hiking, watching movies, and traveling.
Kayla joined the Milestones team in 2013 and currently serves in the role of Licensed Behavior Analyst. Kayla oversees all of our students who receive services in the school setting. She began working in the field of ABA in 2010 as a line technician. Kayla received her bachelors degree in psychology from McNeese State University in 2012 and her master’s degree in criminal justice with an emphasis on ABA from St. Josephs University 2016. She earned the BCBA and the LBA credentials in 2016. Kayla loves working in the school setting where she is able to watch her students thrive academically and socially. In her spare time Kayla enjoys spending time with family and friends.
All of our instructors are carefully chosen to ensure that your child receives nothing but the best. All instructors receive hands on training in addition to classroom training. They are registered with the Louisiana Behavior Analyst Board and have passed a national background check. All instructors have past experience working with children and possess a passion to teach and help our students learn!
